As the famous words go,
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.
These words stand true in my case. I have joined one of the leading IT Services companies as a Networking Engineer at a NOC, handling the WAN for a National Banking customer. It is a ‘small big step’ in my nascent career.
My short term goals are to fully understand the protocols, day to day business of the workplace and learn as much and as fast as I can about the technical issues that can go wrong in a network.
Long term goals are to start preparing for CCNP. I’ll be attempting BSCI exam first, as I don’t have enough time to prepare for the Composite exam.
