COVID-19 has everyone holed up in their houses. Its easy to lose track of your priorities and become undisciplined due to monotony of the situation. I’m putting together few things that may help.
A daily routine
Very important to follow a set daily routine. One of the most important things is to perform these right after waking up.
- Wake up, make your bed
- Toilet, brush your teeth
- Stretch, push-ups, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, squats, jumping jacks
- Shower
- Meditate or do a calm breathing exercise
- Make a quick to-do list for the day – one each for work, family and self

- Habits – create and maintain good habits
- Headspace – meditation and mental focus
- MyFitnessPal – track diet and calories
- JEFIT – for workout plans and routines
